Child Safety Standards

CSAE prevention and response

CityJam has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any content or behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

These standards apply to user-created characters, chat prompts, moderation reports, generated AI replies, and any future public or creator features.

Users can report unsafe AI replies or characters inside the app. Reports create backend moderation records for review, and users can hide characters they do not want to see.

After actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE, we take appropriate action under these standards, including disabling or removing violative content, restricting abusive install identities where possible, preserving relevant evidence, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority when legally required.

CityJam complies with applicable child-safety laws and will cooperate with valid legal requests related to child safety.

Child safety point of contact: configure SUPPORT_EMAIL in the backend environment before public Google Play release so Google Play and users can reach the responsible review contact.
